Since 2006, we have been deeply committed supporters of the Brooke, which has been a source of admiration and inspiration for us all at Equine Welfare Society.  

 

The Brooke is dedicated to improving the lives of working equines in the poorest countries of the world.  These animals are the livelihood of their owners and often work in unspeakable conditions because of extreme poverty and ignorance.  

 

The Brooke aims to alleviate their suffering as well as to educate their owners in basic animal care so that both can survive.
